You will be allowed to build oil refineries as far from the edge of the map as you like once you demonstrate competence in (1) written English, and (2) reading the manual.

In fact, you will demonstrate competence (in the second, at least) by succeeding at building oil refineries in the middle of the map.

Every time you got something about not well written English. Get over it.

And no, that isn't a requirement.

I do beilieve that to pass a GCSE in English you need to be able to write english quite well. Addmittedly they may not be english but using "hu" gives the impression of a lazy english-person.
Write in proper english, and you'll get good proper english answers.

Yes it is - I can't understand a word the OP said.

As it is - since he wants to build a refinery "600 squares" from the edge, he must - by process of clever elimination - be playing OpenTTD.

Your problem then. And in OpenTTD you can't build in the middle of nowhere. There are still limitations.

If you're going to complain about anal grammar nazis, try reading the post properly.

I didn't say there weren't.

But what is anal grammar? On second thoughts, I might not want to know...

Nice to know y'all all speak the same "language". That doesn't make it English. And it definitely doesn't mean that anyone who relies on an automatic translator will have any sort of luck at all.

Will you please stop wading in everywhere and giving us all the 'benefit' of your opinion on everything? Please? The OPs post had barely any sense to it whatsoever, and for pointing it out, you have to make your point knwon, again!?!

OP, please repost what you'd like to achieve in proper english, or at least an understandable form of it.

Beause you did not read the manual, as I have already told you to do. Go read it.

And not just criticism

That has nothing to do with posting in the TTDPatch section in the first place. You know, people in the TTDPatch section are always helpful. He would have received same/similar answers in the OTTD section (at least by Dale), and then the thread would have turned out more or less the same ... :P

Besides from this, I´ve been answering that very same question on the German TTD forums (and o/c in its OTTD section!) just a few days ago. And o/c, I would have answered this one as well, if I´d only seen it in time. But being too late, and with so many morons active at the time (e.g. a certain "Draakon"), I wasn´t interested to step in such late. 8)

regards
Michael
