I wonder if it is possible to replace a vehicle by the same type of vehicle or if I must delete and buy the same vehicle one by one to renew them. It's very boring when you have most of 200 vehicle to replace manually.

In the Replace Road Vehicle I can replace by a new type of vehicle but it's impossible to replace by the same one.

Thanks a lot :bow:

To turn on autorenew do:

Autorenew vehicles is disabled by default. You can enable it through the configure patches -> vehicles window or use the following syntax in openttd.cfg:
[patches]
autorenew = true

Hmm... By the way: I didn't find a way to replace rail carriages that way. The problem: In many oh the sets (like DBSetXL) carriages change by time and locos can become much older now. So I'd sometimes like just to change the carriages to more modern ones - just for the view and the realism. Any idea?
