What he's doing I assume, is making all coaches 32px in length total, but the body only 31 px w/a diaphragm as the last pixel. This adds a gap between the coaches, but makes the train look solid with no air between them. Look at the NARS and Canset to see what I mean

Then he'd have to have twice the size of file or even two files... It seems a bit pointless to me...

It's up to Pikka how to make the set I guess.

As for the GEC 91 thing... Well... It'll do :P.

By the way... the Pendolino... is unbelievable on the long lines :P. 256 thousand a year - WITHOUT inflation :P

For those worried about the graphics update, here's a comparison of the old and new Pendolino sprites. :)

Nice work Pikka, nice to see you are moving to 32px length graphics. :)
It also looks a hell of a lot better than than the old version. ;)

Indeed it does. :)
Now, I did manage to get my trains running on a compeditors line to Motherwell from Falkirk, and the same thing by a passenger line of a mine combine with a compeditors track from Glasgow power station to Falkirk Mines, I'll post a screenshot if I can find the game.

I have to say I do like the connecting parts on the Pendolino. All the doors are touch activated, they're AWESOME. It's really futuristic by the doors. It really is cool!

An update to the industry set. Download from http://www.pikkarail.com/ttdp/ukrs/download.htm

Building multiple industries next to each other now works properly; when one gets full, incoming freight will be passed on to the next. Two industries together have double the capacity and max. production rate of one industry. 8)

Also, industries will show "under construction" text and accept no cargo while being built.

Please, define your new cargos correctly! You have to specify the cargo labels (prop 17)!

I'd suggest to use
"WDPR" for Lumber
"PETR" for Fuel Oil
"PLAS" for Plastic

Agreed, and the new Pendolino looks even better than the old one (and just as beautiful as the original!)

In DBsetXLTM Straw is grain but and (i think) it doesn't take up an extra cargo slot.
How about

Code: Select all

goods
goods (beer)
goods (food)
:?:
