[Release] Longer decay times on platform and less trans. los

It's very simple to change with Locotool Frontend II.
It are the small dat files in your objdata folder, which are 1 kb large.
Change the decay rate and it works.
My grapes stay on the platform for months and i can transport them to the end of the map, having much income for them.
For your convenience i add them here, including all other industry products.
Make a backup of the files in your objdata folder, the names are the same.
