 Post subject: Stations acceptance scrambling

When loading this save in a59 or a60, a large number of stations either quit accepting things they should accept, or start accepting things they should not accept.

If I turn irregularstations off, the game loads as it should.

Removing any portion of the offending station usually (if not always) solves the problem, and rebuilding the station always works.
