 Post subject: No ownership check when adding to custombridgeheads

It appears that anybody can add track to a flat bridge head, regardless of who really owns the bridge. Track removal, OTOH, is properly checked.

Here's a save and cfg; there should be a bridge in view when you load this game. Track can be added to the bridge heads with no difficulty, but it cannot be removed.

oh that remond me I forgot to post the problem I have found:
I cannot remove a tunnel (owned by town) even having Outstanding rating

Towns build tunnels?

I assume you have extradynamite on, so a savegame would be probably useful (and a cfg, just to be on the safe side.)

town can took over tunnels (with proper switches)
and extradynamite is on ... so it may be a bug ...
