Temperate Grass in Arctic

I would like to have snow on my mountains and green(!) gras elsewhere.

But how do I enable "Temperate Grass in Arctic"

the easiest way would probably be the OpenGFX+Landscape GRF. there you have parameters for grass colour, grid, and stuff.

The setting is in OpenGFX+ Landscape, I don't remember how you enable it though
