Dutch Delta Works v1.1 released

My interpretation of the Dutch Delta Works. Pure eyecandy as NewObjects. GRF version 1.0 with the Oosterscheldekering released.

I want all of my projects to be under the GPLv2 licence, therefor I have relaunched this GRF with the appropriate licence and readme in a .ZIP and have also provided the .PCX and .NFO.

So no new features in the GRF

That's so I can add more Action 04's of types of features (eventually other parts of the deltaworks) later, so I won't have to renumber everything. Reserved space so to say.

(It's part of the grfcodec package)

I didn't know NFOrenum at the time I created this GRF (it's one of my first projects)
