[OpenTTD] Colonization: The Scenario with a Story

It's the year 1930 on the (fictional) eighth continent on Earth's crust. You have been sent by the Motherland of Her Majesty, Great Britain, to develop this dense mass of islands into a colony that even Her Majesty would be proud to own. Remembering what that damn Yankee colonist once said, "What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly," you prepare yourself for the hardships that stand before you. The understanding is, of course, that you will be writing the history books with every move you make. You determine your own legacy.
The 8th Continent Colony of Britain began in 1913 under the guidance of a man whose name will forever be forgotten (and already has been) for his immense failure to create any logistical system across the islands. He did do you two favors: the establishment of cities and villages across the a few of the islands, and the exploring and mapping of the rest of the islands in your domain. You know that the islands ahead are dense with forests and littered with entrances to caves containing coal resources, but that the islands are all truly islands: every step you take is going to require a good naval system or an engineering feat of bridging some of the wicked rivers that split the islands.
Knowing exactly how you want to do things, you make your first move by investing all but $200,000 of the remaining funds given to the project into setting up two sawmills on the first two islands. The colony lacks all other industry, so careful planning and investing will be necessary to keep the project afloat. Your main goal is people moving and colonization. Now is not the time for worrying about oil and steel. You'll have your chance.

GOALS:
Have a town of at least 20,000 population on every island by the year 2000
Finish the forest industry chain by 1975
World population of 500,000

NewGRF's:
There are 2 versions of the scenario. One is named "Colonization" and the other is "Colonization Clean". Colonization Clean only uses the Total Town Replacement Set NewGRF and nothing else. This is simply because TTRS shows the changing of the times in the towns, which is cool for this scenario. The original Colonization contains TTRS, av8, eGRVTS, FISH, HEQS, and runs on the UKRS2(and 2+) set for obvious reasons.

Just to show a progression in my scenario making. One is from about a year ago. The second is from an unreleased scenario that just looks nice. The third is the beginning of Colonization.
