So it's a cheat too, they can put pictures of their enormous income but it's not a better network than yours where you've only reached 2070 for the first time
My max. income for one train was around 500.000 pounds a year, I thought this was high, but i will try and let it go on and see what happens to the income
Perhaps i will let my game run for a day and don't look at it :wink:

Yes, Orudge is right. It's a game to played hundreds years. I have the save, i will copy on site later.
But I don't know way i don't see the the picture? Only "x"

Well, I have a few modifications to do for a web host signup script, plus a content management system for someone else, and then a DVD/CD swapping site, so I'm quite busy.

Attached is my very latest saved game. I'm in the middle of upgrading my network from monorail to maglev - the main 'network' is upgraded, but I've got my second most important network to upgrade yet. Eventually these will probably be joined together. A few stats:

Cash: £678,213,116
Date: 2nd January 2033
Climate: Temperate (random game)
Competitors: 2 - one 75% owned and managed by me, another one who just owes the bank millions...

Nice track you have here.. I used about the same principe... BUT
Everytime a rail enters the mainrail... you build bridges....
Can be done otherwise, check my savegame !

I also added another save to the zip... this was the old track B4 adding some changes.. I thank everyone for his/her savegames, they helped me a lot !!

What do you mean by.. managed by me.. can you actually manage competitors?

Hi and welcome,

Yes, with the latest patch, you can manage AI competitors, but first you have to own 75 %
You can buy 25 % at a time, when you have 75 % a manage button appears instead of a view HQ button, when you click on it, you can do just about anything
In the mean time, you're company is just puffing away as usual
When you're finished, you can manage your company again

But remember, don't mess too much with the layout, cause the AI tends to restore everything you've changed

You can manage competitor with patch v.1.9
If you buy the competitor, you can buy only 75%. Then you must click on view headquarters button in competitors window and then you will be the competitor. You will delette and build new tracks and buy new cars and engines.
When you click on your HQ button you will you again.

No, you can buy up to 100 %, then it's all yours !
It's a manage button instead of view button !

I tried to install the 1.9 patch.. but it keeps saying:
Invalid original segmentlength of 700000.TTDLOADW.OVL will be deleted.
I checked a few other threads on this forum.. but havent seen anything like this yet...

1 I do use the windows patch
2 I tried starting the program without the OVL so it creates a new one... no succes yet
