We play on the stable 1.4.4, with cargodist "ON" for everything.

Let s start with a before/after and a Oil Port Complex.

Here is Mia Bonanda, the second biggest city of the map.

It was first served by a ring network by Tintinfan in his own company

I then started to play and made a line going to Costa Amello and Costa rideldo and starting from the kind of central station. I rapidly grew and made a lot o interconnexion point possible for our networks as did Tintinfan...but profit was not there for TIntinfan so we eventually merged and became "Cindini Nacional".

this is the man made, or mad men's canal! it serves at the moment only to export bauxite out of the large desert. it was made at a large cap size to ensure large boats don t look out of place (or not totally at least ;) ). dam/lock and canal made by me.

Which sexy tree grf is that? [nvm: it's the opengfx trees; I was confused about this 'cause I thought that just looked like the default opengfx graphics, but it doesn't]

I always liked your pictures though, perhaps because the style is vaguely reminiscent of my own, though a bit better organised.

How would you "provide connection" for different players when you are using trunk, though? Doesn't truck still have no infrastructure sharing, which basically makes it worthless for multiplayer?

ogfx tree 0.8 ;)

and thanks for liking my screenies.

and well yes surely we can t exchange passengers (unless we would use the trick : a passenger connection at an oilpatform/fishingplace), but that s not so much of a problem to not being "connected" between competitors, we just try to build in a pleasant way, with "no real" connection between our station even if sometime close to each others. i also regret we don t have infrasharing but it s not really necessary, there is anyway so many passenger to move around that it s fine to "compete" for the passengers when two competitors station are near by.

what happened with Tintinfan is that right from the start i imagined that Tintinfan and me should merge to make an impressive network, so from te begin i putted my station in a way that we can join them or create an easy connection afterward. it s was a good, but pure, hasard that his company lost a lot of money and mine was doing great, so we merged at the moment he was going bankrupt.

So to resume, it s still fun to play with plenty other companies even if you canno t share the "connections" or "tracks"...and if you really want/need infrasharing, well merging is still possible ;)

Hi, romazoon. You have as always a wonderful screenshots from the game. You have created a great map. I am very happy everyone looked. Looks impressive. Great job. I also really like the set of trees. Also liked how you build in the cities fork in the road, railway station, parks, its head office. This is very cool. I am impressed with your network of canals. :)) :))

Expect more of your screenshots from the game to again admire them :D .

Hey, I tried to PM you but not sure if the messaging system is working; I am trying to join your game but lack the correct versions of the following GRFs:

CS stations - extras
MariCo v-.32
Newships v0.48
NewStations v0.6
Dutch station set
Hungarian Truck Set 3l
Polroad
TTD Landscape Objects v3.0

I have downloaded the most recent versions of these but OTTD seems to think they are a mismatch so if you send me your copies, this should be resolved. Cheers.
