For Locomotion? With MS Paint? Good Luck

No, seriously. With this program, it takes too long and is very inaccurate.
This requires a graphics program to create a 3D model.

You must use a 3D editor.

This is a example for this locomotive, I have used Blender (for 3D) and GIMP (PNG files -> textures):

He means you should make/render 3D models. The tool is Any program which can make/render 3D models.

See here for more info about specific recomended programs.

After all, this thread should be removed :) (As Illegal_Alien says there)

Have you created other trains using Blender? They look very good to me.

Blender is a 3D program. Most people here use it; that's why they are advising you to use it. OpenGL probably works just as well.

If I understand correctly, OpenGL is a library used for programs that deals with 2D / 3D models, whether to make it or just re-display it. You can't make any 3D/2D models directly with it.

Anyway, if you looked at my previous link, you should know that Blender's there.
