a) Because the moderating team can't spot an issue with uploaded material
b) You cannot expected moderators to check every upload against given permissions by the original authour (when applicable): the person uploading has to certify the uploaded content doesn't breach any copyright.

Leaves you with the oppurtinty of asking Tattoo why he reported it after 1 month. In my opinion that's a moot point though, he's the copyright holder and if he didn't give you written permission he can report it as soon as he notices it (however long that may be).

No, you are very mistaken. You never asked me if you can do this and I would not have given you permission to do it. There is no reason for it when my downloads are just above yours.

I don't know...It's not my responsibility anymore as I don't visit the forums that much anymore (I have my reasons) and I don't play Locomotion anymore. The downloads from Tattoo and Zimmlock are removed from the files, I'm sure about that...as you can read in my previous posts.

The only things that are in the download are the XML.Files that include them allready...but not the actual files which you must download via their uploads...

What issue ? The issue that I don't visit the forums that often anymore ? No, and it won't be solved. First I don't like the attitude here, and secondly I have a very busy private life with hardly enough time to do anything with all of my games at all...
