[Patch Idea] Notify if Town Rating Falls

I don't know if anybody has been thinking on this one, but it would be nice if there was a way if the player was notified (probably via news) if their town rating has fallen below a pre-selected point.

When I play on big maps, Often I'll spend a significant amount of time working and developing in one area, completely unaware of what's happening in another. I will often find I've fallen out of favor with a town council due to my negligence. Some timely notification that I'm slipping would be appreciated.
