[Patch] Supply and demand display on station building v0.02a

It shows the volume of supply and demand of passengers and mails when building stations, (railroad, road, doesn't matter) so you don't have to look into each house in the catchment area for demand forecasting.

I hope someone finds this useful.

Known bugs

• Currently, it shows just a number of houses for supplies and not the actual production rate. Fixed

Technical Details
Because houses do not save a number of passengers they produce each month and the number is determined by an equation with a random factor in it, I use expected value to predict passenger/mail production.
