Cannot start game 1.1.3

I haven't played OpenTTD in months and now im bored so i decided to try OpenTTD again.
When i installed the stable 1.1.3 win32 (like my pc) And try to start the game i get an error.

It says:
"Failed to select requested sounds set 'original_windows'"

i have tried installer, zip and nighly but the same message appears

Delete you openttd.cfg. You may find it in one of the usual folders. Then re-install the game (allow it to install the base set(s)).

Can't find Openttd.cfg tried seach for it..

Search better and read the readme again (which planetmaker already linked you to).

Right, it's only the sound set. You don't have that sound set, but sound sets are not critical. From the main menu go to the Game Options and select one of the available sound sets. If it only lists NoSound, select that and it's ok, too. You can obtain a sound set which actually has sound via the online content - which also is available from the main menu.

The "original soundset" is only distributed with the original Transport Tycoon Deluxe and is not freely available and the installer could only automatically install it, if you supply it with the original TTD CD.
