One-way car problem

Hi, I find a problem while playing this beautiful game. I try change route to one-way route while car riding on it. But I make mistake during modification, so there are two piece of route with oposite direction (as you can see on attached picture). This mistake block all cars inside this piece. Now, I don't know what to do? I try delete one-way route (change it to normal), but there is error "There are some vehicles on route". I also try demolish this cars by train, but I could'n build railway there (the same error, "There are some vehicles on route"). Does somebody know what to do?

P.S. sorry for gramatic and stylis mistakes, I am not realy good in English

Wait a bit for the vehicle that is traveling in the proper direction to clear the area. If there are a stream of vehicles traveling in the proper direction then pick one that is a ways back in the line and stop it and also stop any other vehicle that might try to pass the first one you stopped. Then wait until all of the vehicles traveling in the proper direction clear the area. Remove a bit of the road ahead of the vehicle traveling in the wrong direction. Then connect the remainder of the road that is ahead of the vehicle traveling in the wrong direction to the road that travels in the right direction. Your vehicle will switch roads and then be traveling in the right direction on the proper facing one-way road.

No vehicle is travelling in the proper direction. He's trapped two trucks between opposite-facing one way tiles.

I suspect this would be regarded a bug by the devs. The obvious solution is to allow modifying one-way status beneath vehicles.
