Station filling

Post by gauron »

Im not sure if their is a grf file for this soo im gonna ask: Is there any way to increase the production of industries and the filling rate of stations?
I noticed that some of my coal stations fill up much slower than my trains reach the place, effectively decreasing my profit.
Im open for any ideas.

You need to look at how much the industry is actually producing (click on it, it'll say bottom of that window).
If you maintain a good station rating / amount being transported from it, in time it should go up.

These may be useful pages to read in the manual - https://wiki.openttd.org/Game_mechanics ... production & https://wiki.openttd.org/Industries

As a last resort, you can cheat so the industries produce more if you'd like, CTRL+ALT+C - Enable Modifying Production Values - then click on the industry to change and use the arrows to alter it. I'd highly suggest trying to play without cheating though, challenge is always nice!

So all i need is to wait for the good rating to kick in and generate more production?
