I need some help with Maglev trains

Hello folks,

I am glad that i finally found some time and start play this amazing game again.
A lot of changes appear for me, and from few days i found a problem that i cannot fix.
I am on stage where i want to replace all of mine Levitan Maglev Locomotives with Chimera.
I already manage to replace them once from Chimera to Letitan , but now when i want to reverse this replacement again, the "start replace button" is not available for me.
Could you give me some advices what might be the problem here.

I will attach also and a screenshot.

In the left column, there is a replacement away from Lev4 (probably back to Lev1).
If you could activate the new replacement, you'd get a cycle Lev4 -> Lev1 -> Lev4 -> Lev1 -> ...

Select the 'done' replacements, and 'stop replacement' them (at the right of the window), first.
