There are lots of industry sets. ECS, FIRS, PBI.

What exactly do you think a hydroelectric power plant needs? It uses existing water to create electricity, which we don't transport (normally) within the game.

There are the ECS vectors and there's FIRS and OpenGFX+ Industries.

What use would have a hydroelectric industry have? It doesn't need any transportation, neither to it (or do you supply water in bottles?) Nor from it (or does it produce batteries?).

EDIT: Lol, Dave was faster. Seems we have similar questions :)

The following industry sets exist:
FIRS
ECS Vectors
PikkaBird Industries (PBI)
Manual Industries II
YETI
OpenGFX+ Industries
and a handful of industries that add only 1-2 new things, too small & infrequent to list.

As a general rule, you can only use one industry set, due to the way they are coded. An exception is that you can run ECS and PBI together without issue.

There are no NewGRFs which feature a hydroelectric power plant. Both myself and Michael Blunk have worked on non-industry object tiles that represent hydroelectric dams and power plants, but they're not released as usable NewGRFs. Quast65 has a NewGRF object for Dutch-style dams, but again they're just eyecandy.

Pretty much any of them developed or updated in the last 3 years. Just off the top of my head, OpenGFX+ Road Vehicles, HEQS/Road Hog, eGRVTS 2.0, Russian Truck set, Hungarian Truck Set, Polish Road Vehicle set, North American Road Vehicle Set. Lots more available.

Probably isn't. I think it's only uploaded on the TTD Russia community.
