Tropic - Amount of desert...

You know it's a mid-month Saturday on which I have no money when I am playing OpenTTD.

I'm dipping into the non-temperate climates for the first time in some years.

Could you please tell me how I can reduce the amount of desert in the tropic climate? It seems with TerraGenesis I ONLY get deserts!

Desert appears on low height and far from sea.

The usual setting which behaves weird is "variety distribution". Set it to "none" or "very low".

Are you using flat generation? I've just played about, and it seems desert spawns on flatlands, and greenery only on hilly parts. Variety distro seems to affect it quite a bit though.

Use 'Original' instead of TerraGenesis. Works a treat...
