OpenTTD 0.7.0-beta1

OpenTTD 0.7.0-beta1
We have released the first beta for 0.7.0.
Major features:
- Reworked order system (conditional orders, have both non-stop and via instead of one of the two)
- Abilitiy to have much more engines
- Path based signals
- AI framework giving everyone the ability to write his/her AI
- Downloading of AIs and graphics from a central server (only when author want to)
- Non-water map edges
- Initial support for right-to-left languages like Arabic and Hebrew
- Increase or removal of several limits: window size, number of windows, network clients (now 255), companies (now 15)
If/when you want to play with competitors/AIs you need to download them from either the AI subforum or via the in-game content download system.
The binaries can be found at http://www.openttd.org/download-testing/0.7.0-beta1 and the changelog can be seen at http://binaries.openttd.org/releases/0. ... ngelog.txt.

Wow, cool. Well done to the devs and all the contributors. Thank you all, you've done an amazing job. These last few months have seen some remarkable progress.
Its a shame to see cargodest didn't make it (at least, not yet!), but nevermind.

Is this equivalent to the r15499 nightly, or the r15498?

I think it is the equivalent to 15499 because i can't enter dih's auto nightly server...which is on 15498.

Depends on what you call equivalent; for NewGRFs they are two completely different versions (and thus network compatability), though savegames made in 15498 are loadable in 0.7.0-beta1 and vice versa.

Very nice to see. So I fixed a bug in the OpenTTDAutoUpdate server regarding stable builds. Nobody reported it to me, but the clients would think that there is a new stable available even if there was no. Now that is fixed.
I'm excited that my widget focus patch just got committed only about a week before 0.7 got branched off.

Does "beta" mean that 0.7 is "feature complete" and you go bug hunting now? Or is there still something on the TODO list for 0.7?
