Why won't this train go?

Help! Train 10 won't leave the station the direction its supposed to, and I have no idea why. It shares the track with about 5 other trains all with the same shared orders. I have tried deleting and rerouting the track but I just can't make this @#$% train get past this station.

Please download my save file and have a look. I am completely stumped.

Train 10 needs electrified tracks. After the station you only have normal tracks, while before and the station itself are electrified.
