LIGHTHOUSE - CDNThe Lighthouse
Slowly the nor'easter began to blow that lonely winter's night
As the solitary keeper climbed the stairs to tend to his light
Set out on a rock to warn the sailor of his impending plight
Upon those retched rocks that had sent so many to their final fight.
Greatly enraged at the steadfastness of that one lonely tower
That nor'easter began to blow with ever and ever. ever more power
Driving those unwary enough to challenge it's might
Upon those retched rocks that had sent so many to their final fight.
Amid the incessant din of the wind driven waves that night
Still the solitary keeper climbed the stairs to tend to his light
As that nor'easter howled it's rage with all of it's might
Upon those retched rocks that had sent so many to their final fight.
A storm tide fully engorged by the full moon's might
Torn as it was by the wind driven waves that night
That full moon hidden by that nor'easter's cloud could shine no light
Upon those retched rocks that had sent so many to their final fight.
Still the solitary keeper climbed the stairs to tend to his light
Upon those retched rocks that had sent so many to their final fight.

This lighthouse is based upon the one on
Gannet Rock in the Bay of Fundy.
Recommended Application: Locate an island on your map, or a lonely wind swept bit of coast. A foundation is recommended.
To Do: A snowy version for those ccccolddd Canadian winters.
Definitely of the "Not ready for prime time" category - aka a work in progress.
The paint needs a little noise to reflect the weather beating such a building enjoys.
Anti-aliasing to hide those jagged lines.
