Who builds airports?: --> Zuu connects Vote: A Local authorities initiate, construct and own airports (problem: how to deal with cities that don't initiate at all?) B Local authorities initiate and construct airports, offering them to players (problem: what if the price is too high and how to deal with cities that don't initiate at all?) C Local authorities construct and own airports, players initiate the construction (problem: you need a very good rating) D Local authorities initiate and own airports, players construct them (problem: what if no player can afford to construct it?) How to decide how many wagons you can have in a train: <-- Zuu disconnects --> Zuu connects 3 minutes later <-- Zuu disconnects after 10 minutes (again!) * Nothing were really decided, but there where quite some discussion about it. * Main voices: - Have a clear maximum, to make the game clear to the players. - Don't have a maximum, it will trade off to much. - Use RRT style charts, that displays: max speed at various loads and slopes. 11. Load/unload orders: --> Zuu connects PjayTycy: ..., but I don't think it would be good to go into too much detail here now. We agree on the use of it, the details should not be discussed at this meeting now. 12. Train propulsion: *Trains will not carry fuel. <-- Zuu disconnects 13. Pollution: * Point wasn't discussed at the meeting. (Noone did ever mention the point!) * A conclusion have already been made on the forums, to drop it. 14.
